Looks like we fail to scale some font property, or something. Worth a look.
It reproduced easily on both fedora and mac, in all of release, nightly, and dev edition.
I ma happy to provide more information about my system, if prompted.

I think this was fixed over the years. Here's the result from current nightly (105.0a1 (2022-08-18) ) on Ubuntu 22.04, using our "Save to PDF" print target.
The source PDF (URL in comment 0) is known to trigger a newish macOS-specific PDF printing regression -- bug 1779202 (it's linked in "Additional notes" in the first comment there) -- but I think that's a distinct issue.
Let's close this one as WORKSFORME.
