We need to update the repository config for Pine so that when it gets built it will run the Gaia tests (Gu and Gij).

Now that we have caches for pine I backed out the hacks I was using to test configs.

Tests are now up and running as expected on Mulet with Flame KK eng and Aries Eng builds being produced.
