125289 - [RFE] Ability to move tabs to bottom, side, etc.

When using Galeon, I prefer to have the tabs at the bottom, as it makes things
less busy toward the top (and I am less likely to miss and hit something I
didn't mean to. ;)  I'd like to have the same functionality in Mozilla.

This feature has been requested several times. I'll add it to the growing list
of duplicates for bug 104566. However that bug is marked "future" so if you want
it anytime soon you may have to get into Mozilla's code...
