it is my understanding that the Ember addon now works in Firefox thanks to Web Extensions. Can you confirm Bryan? Because then we can close this bug.

No, ember isn't working as a WebExtension yet. Here are the relevant issues for the ember inspector. https://github.com/emberjs/ember-inspector/issues/666 https://github.com/emberjs/ember-inspector/pull/667 However I'm not sure this bug is about the ember inspector.
