,after entering in any text and clicking on button the text remains and doesn't
reset itself. Works fine in IE6

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start Netscape
2.Navigate to
http://bubblegum.mcom.com/browser/standards/form-controls/tcase/Transitional-doctype/buttonReset.html
or textcase below
3.Enter any text in field
4.Click on "reset submit" button

Actual Results:  Nothing happens

Expected Results:  The box should reset to blank
