As much as it is nice to see at a glance what's changed recently, the revision
history just gets in the way for someone who hasn't seen the docs before at all.
 Having to scroll down to get to the table of contents is counterintuitive, and
all of my UI instincts tell me they table of contents should be right there when
you link to the docs. :)

Barnboy changed his email address and opened a new account instead of having the
address changed on his existing one.  Reassigning all docs bugs to his new account.

The revision history is no more.
