Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Nightly
2. Open DevTools > Memory
3. Switch view to "Dominators" (or "Aggregate", Dominators is easy for reproduce)
4. Take snapshot
5. Display horizontal scrollbar by resizing graph pane
6. Scroll horizontally
Actual results:
Column header does not move horizontally by scroll.
Expected results:
Column header should move horizontally along with heap-view.
