Chrome has newer code for this and there's also libyuv. I have no idea how easy it will be to update/switch to these.

The more recent chrome code is in src/media/base/simd

It looks like chrome has switched to libyuv. It might be better to just use that...

Our version of the code in ycbcr has diverged a lot from upstream so updating might be unpleasant.
