1254971 - First urlbar suggestion doesn't show favicons for visited sites when I type url

1.A) Copy string "https://addons.mozilla.org/" to clipboard
1.B) Copy string "https://addons.mozilla.org" to clipboard
2. Open new tab, paste the string copied in Step 1 into urlbar.
3. Press Enter. Wait until the site is loaded
4. Open new tab, paste the string copied in Step 1 into urlbar.
5. Press End key
6. Delete the last slash in the string (press Backspace once)

AR:
 A) After Steps 4,5,6 the first suggestion displays default favicon
 B) After Steps 4,5 the first suggestion displays correct favicon. After Step 6 - default favicon

 This is clear breakage. After Step 5 strings are identical in scenarios A and B,
 but favicons are different

ER:
 In both scenarios the first suggestion should display correct favicon after Steps 4,5,6.
 Or at least after Steps 4,5.
