My Windows 10 bootcamp setup on my MacBook Pro has suddenly decided to
refuse to hibernate. Instead it just suspends.Last night my suspended Macbook's battery died, so I had to do a clean boot
in the morning. When I started Nightly, I was greeted with an empty
about:sessionrestore.
In this scenario, there should be a session previous.jsonlz4 or recovery.jsonlz4 in your profile directory's sessionstore-backups, which you can find by loading about:support and looking for the "Profile Directory" line item. With the browser closed, you can move that file to the main profile directory and rename it sessionstore.jsonlz4.

I'm going to close this bug because I don't think there's anything more we can do here. We should make the restore from backup process both easier and more discoverable. I think bug 1873249 would cover that.
