2. Open non-e10s window
3. Click Loop button repeatedly (open and close loop panel)
Actual results:
Height of loop panel is changed each time like a toggle.
Expected results:
Height of loop panel should not change.

Thank you for the report. This is actually a duplicate of bug 1249577 which we're working on rolling out the fix for.
