User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_3) AppleWebKit/601.4.4 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/9.0.3 Safari/601.4.4

Steps to reproduce:

A pdf file 009424.pdf is displayed incorrectly, compared to other PDF viewers.
When opened with Firefox viewer the "NTiA" logo is missing on the first page. 

The file comes from the Govdocs data set (http://digitalcorpora.org/corpora/govdocs)
It can be extracted from this archive: http://digitalcorpora.org/corp/files/govdocs1/zipfiles/009.zip

That was checked under Firefox 45 under Ubuntu 15.10
The same file displays correctly under firefox 45 for Mac OS.

I would be very grateful if you could confirm.



Actual results:

Big white NTiA logo preset inside the black rectangle.


Expected results:

No logo

Do you have any error message related to PDF Viewer in the web console when reading this PDF?

Under ubuntu, it just prints

PDF ddc3248cc7f3e6b00bd869b5958aa4ce [1.4 Acrobat Distiller 7.0.5 (Windows) / PScript5.dll Version 5.2] (PDF.js: 1.3.76) viewer.js:6862:1 

in the web console.
