With e10s moving forward, we need to figure out what to do about the Telemetry data collected from content processes. Currently we send childPayloads with "saved-session" (because child processes shut down and send it before Telemetry shuts down). For "main" pings we only send child payloads with the last ping of a session. This makes it impossible to associate the measurements with the subsession they occured in and increases the latency until we have them from a significant amount of the population.
