MacOS X 10.1.2 has the same problem.

Will test on Linux.

Marking nsbeta1 since a crash occurs when canceling the print dialog.

rods / dcone has helped on these before.  I'll try to get a better stack trace 
on my debug win2k build.

Trunk build 2002-03-13: WinMe
It's not crashing but now the print dialog does not appeaer a second time:
1. Select a card
2. Select File|Print Card
3. Cancel out of the print dialog
4. Select File|Print

Actual results: Nothing happens, no print dialog appears.
Expected results: The Print dialog should appear.

This problem may also be related to bug# 129957 (Print Address Book only works
once if print dialog is cancelled).

Adding crash keyword.

Propose we close this bug, dupe it against bug# 129957, or change the Summary to
reflect the current state (if this is no longer crashing).
