There are three tests that currently fail in e10s on a local run: test_commands_other.html
test_console_serviceworker_cached.html
test_jsterm_queryselector.html
Given our e10s goals, this seems like it's probably a fix-now?

As I now understand it we need to convert any test that we want to run in e10s in devtools/shared/webconsole/test/ to mochitest-plain
Sounds like it's not important that these tests run in e10s after all since they are testing RDP actions
