User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:45.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/45.0
Build ID: 20160303134406
Steps to reproduce:
In our application, there are multiple framed windows. In a prior version of Firefox, you can scroll down within a frame (left to right, up and down), and there would be a static header row. You should be able to scroll down the list of data below each row.
Actual results:
When you scroll down, the header row disappears and does not remain static. If you lose the header row, you lose what the row column label and what the column data is.
Expected results:
The header row should remain static and allow you to up and down and side to side based on the data without losing the header row.
