125633 - Font sizes are fixed in compose email

There is no way to directly configure the font used for displaying text in the
compose email window. Only the 
preferences -> Message Display -> Fixed width or Variable width option

The fonts change according to the Language encoding selected. But not the size,
the size is fixed very small and there is no View -> Text Zoom Ctrl + or Ctrl -
option to make it bigger in composer (this menu item is present when viewing
incomming emails)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Compose an email
2.
3.

Actual Results:  Small fonts,

Expected Results:  View -> Text Zoom Ctrl + or Ctrl - option

Should be faily simple to add this from message display to composer I think..

Also, message compose for me ALWAYS comes up "Variable Width." I don't want
that. I want to compose in Fixed Width, without having to change the setting
each time.

Is this problem still present?   It might be a dup of bug 107877, which has been
fixed (App suite only, not in Thunderbird).
