Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new celan Firefox profile
2. Go to preferences -> content -> colors, take white for text and black for background and set "Always" for color settings.
3. go here:

You should see webpage full of graphics
second example is:
www.google.com (original Google logo graphics because "Google Doodle"s show properly)
Actual results:
Images are not displayed in both cases.
Expected results:
Images should be displayed. I'm using Firefox 45, problem is much older than 45 release, but I am reporting it now.
