doesn't included in the list of languages for web contents.
work around:
fill "th" in the provided input box manually, and it works well.

This is a working patch; however, I don't know what the side-effects are, so
this may not be the correct solution...

as other CTL languages are already in the list, I suppose it's OK if Thai is
also there.
