Thai [th] language doesn't included in the list of languages for web contents. work around: fill "th" in the provided input box manually, and it works well.
tested with Mozilla 0.9.8 & nightly build 13 Feb 2002 on Windows

Arabic [ar] Hebrew [he] already in the list for long time, they are CTL language also :)
