1256717 - Possibly use the new disco pane

Currently Android doesn't use the discovery pane that Desktop does. There is a list of installed add-ons and then clicking "Browse all Firefox Add-ons" takes you to addons.mozilla.org, so there isn't an equivalent of this page yet or UX flows.

This bug is to get Android using this pane, if we wanted. 

* the new install flow should work (i'm guessing at that)
* the UITour probably wouldn't (where would buttons be created)
* the UI would be responsive

Correct, this wouldn't work.

Noting that the new mobile pages on AMO use mozAddonsManager, so if Android wanted to do something like this, it would be pretty straightforward.
