We tested on Windows 7 64bit, Windows 10 32bit, Mac OSX 10.9.5 and Ubuntu 64bit using Firefox 45.0.1 ESR Build 2 (buildID: 20160316151906) and "45.0.1" brand is correctly displayed in both about:support and Help - About dialog.
