hg.mozilla.org serves both HTTP and HTTPS, but does not redirect from HTTP to HTTPS. In the interest of encrypting the web we should stop serving HTTP content and instead redirect requests on port 80 to port 443.
Pretty sure this is a dupe. But I'd have to find the old bug, as it was fired several years ago IIRC.
