Following instructions from our product team, we should enable this experiment on beta.
Here's another Switchboard "uplift" request. Note: This doesn't require any patches to land anywhere, this is just a configuration change. Approval Request Comment [Feature/regressing bug #]: Bug 1022464. [User impact if declined]: Hard for users to get back to search UI. [Describe test coverage new/current, TreeHerder]: No automated tests, baked on Nightly and tested locally. [Risks and why]: Low-risk, tweak to urlbar behavior. If something goes wrong, it's as simple as landing another switchboard change to undo it! [String/UUID change made/needed]: None
