STR:
1. Set mouse option "when I rotate mouse wheel" in your OS to "scroll by 1 page"
2. Open https://russian.rt.com/article/141671 or any other article (russian.rt.com/article/...)
3. Wait until the page is fully loaded  [OR]  Click "Stop loading the page" after 30 seconds
4. Hover mouse over the "Recent news" section at the top right ("Лента новостей")
5. Rotate mouse wheel down once.
6. Rotate mouse wheel up once.

AR:  After Step 5 "Recent news" section scrolls to the end. After Step 6 it scrolls to the beginning
ER:  In Steps 5-6 the section should be scroll by 1-2 news block (<li> in markup)
