per our discussion on irc, write create_htmlstring_from_node(node) for C++ for
the new content area code.
we don't already have something like this? oh well, inspector could probably
use this if it existed. picking a random dom component, fix as appropriate.

Um, doesn't the document encoder do this for us?

hmmm... I guess this bug needed a better description.
This bug is for Drag & Drop. Drag & Drop currently doesn't grab all of the
attributes in certain cases. As jst implies, it should leverage the document
encoder if possible (or at least the DOM).
