[Affected versions]: - Firefox 45.0.1 - Firefox 46 beta 2 - Latest 47.0a2 Aurora - Latest 48.0a1 Nightly [Affected platforms]: - Windows 10 x64 - Windows 7 x64 - Mac OS X 10.11.1 - Ubuntu 14.04 x86 [Steps to reproduce]: 1. Launch Firefox with a clean profile. 2. Click on the Hello button. 3. Hover over the "See how it works" button. [Expected result]: The button changes color, acording to it's hover state. The button is not focused. [Actual result]: The hover state is displayed in the first place. The normal state (unhovered) is only displayed when the user clicks inside the panel (to unfocus the button). [Regression range]: - It started to reproduce with Hello version 1.1.2 [Additional notes]: - This issue does not reproduce on 0.1 with "Get Started" button. - Not reproducing with the "Try Hello" button from "https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/hello/" page
