12582 - Milestone 9 won't work with Sun JDK 1.3beta

<subject> says about all. My machine is WinNT(client,german,4.0,SP5). The
JDK that runs into problems is Sun Jdk 1.3beta. My Mozilla is Milestone 9.

Problem: The Sun JVM 1.3beta is not recognized correctly, and afterwards
strange things happen.

Note: "Java ist nicht aktiviert" translates "Java is not activated".

Crash on startup because of Java Plug-in 1.3 for Netscape Navigator.
