[Affected versions]:
- Firefox 48.0a1(2016-03-21), Firefox 47.0a2(2016-03-21), Firefox 46.0 Beta2 and Firefox 45.0.1RC

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Enable the 'Measure a portion of the page' tool ('measure' command in Developer Toolbar)
3. Zoom out the page and observe the information from the measure tool.
[Expected result]:
- The information is correctly displayed.
[Actual result]:
- The information is displayed on the bottom of the measure border (See https://bug1089240.bmoattachments.org/attachment.cgi?id=8676278).
[Regression range]:
- This is not a regression since the issue is reproducible on Firefox 44.0a1 (2015-09-30), where the tool was implemented.

Marked it as worksforme since the issue is no longer reproducible on Firefox 130.0b8, or on Firefox 131.0a1. Tests were performed under Windows 10 and Windows 11.
