Steps to reproduce:

I used to be able to print in my compose window, when I want a copy of a composition before I send it. Now I can't.


Actual results:

It won't print.


Expected results:

It should print.

REPRODUCIBLE with  en-US SeaMonkey 2.40 final Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:43.0)from official download page,  Gecko/20100101  Firefox/ 43.0  Build 20160120202951, (Classic Theme) on German WIN7 64bit:

1. In Email Folder Pane 'click "Drafts" → Open any saved draft by double click 
   on it in Thread pane
2. Menu 'Pile → Print'
   Bug: Nothing happens.

a) Reincarnation of "Bug 1142997 - Cannot Print from Composer and other 
   <editor> elements"?
b) Also HTML Web Page Composer affected.
c) Also Print Preview affected
d) Also <control+p> affected
e) No problem in browser
f) No problem to print email selected in Message Pane
g) No problem to print email opened in new window

@Philip:
Any ideas? Has your fix been lost, or what might have happened?

Print itself doesn't do anything (no message in the Error Console), neither does Ctrl+P.
Print Preview works for me, though, and I can successfully print from there (2.40/Win7).

c: Indeed, today 'Print Preview' works fine for me - strange!
   When I tested this one, I already had did tests for several other issues,
   possibly during those tests 'Pint Preview' has been "picked off" temporarily
   without any relation to this problem her?

The next release is 2.42. We are skipping 2.41 so [WONTFIX 2.41]. If it works in 2.42 then there is nothing to fix.
