1259105 - [en-GB] Remove Venkman l10n files

Venkman doesn't build anymore, as the JSD1 API is removed. It was only used in SeaMonkey, and stopped being used there with bug 1029513.

The trick is to 

hg rm extensions/venkman

We want this on aurora (and central), and are happy to do the landing for you. Please let us know how to proceed.

This landing broke the merge between l10n-central and mozilla-aurora. 

If you want to update central, please pull changesets from aurora into central, e.g. use a script like

I merged back Aurora into Central and pushed the merged state to mozilla-aurora, no content changed in mozilla-aurora
