winxp tps e10s regressed 2.5%:

we did a lot of retriggers and have no idea who the offending changeset it. In fact as perf sheriffs we were going to just ignore this, but since this is e10s only it will make the e10s vs non e10s dashboard look worse for this data point.

:avih, can you find an owner for this to make a decision on ignore or fix? I really don't know what to do regarding the root cause, but someone who has more invested into this test might want to see this figured out.
