STR:
1. Set mouse option "when I rotate mouse wheel" in your OS to "scroll by 1 page"
2. Open http://www.gunnars.com/
3. Rotate mouse wheel down once.
4. Rotate mouse wheel up once.

AR:
 After Step 3 "News" section scrolls to the end. After Step 4 it scrolls to the beginning

ER:
 In Steps 3-4 the section should be scroll by a normal amount of pixels. Not to the beginning/end.

It works fine in IE11 and GoogleChrome browser. See bug 1257815.
