Steps to reproduce:

actually ,pc can not reproduce each time;both pc and android are affected 

android as eg.
1spin http://bbs.kafan.cn/forum.php?forumlist=1&mobile=2 on the about:newtab 
click it



Actual results:

black color will flash ，A gif as attach  may help .

this may also flash with firefox on pc while switching tabs especially the  tabs with diff domains（open some tabs and keep them some times without operation may increase the rate of it）

OK steps to reproduce on pc 
1.make sure install stylish and install https://userstyles.org/styles/108694/tieba-light-blue 
2.open a website such as  www.google.com
3.then tap http://tieba.baidu.com/f?ie=utf-8&kw=firefox （make sure not open in new tab，just jump to the second website）
4.click back button to return www.google.com，then click forward button to re-jump to the second website，it flashing 
i am not sure whether it caused by stylish or not，i prefer think it matters about firefox for the flashing after update firefox
