When loading the URL all the main section of the page appears in a single left
column the width of what would usually be the right hand menu column.  If I hit
the reload page button the page reloads and displays correctly.  Screen captures
uploaded as attachments.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to URL http://www.mozillazine.org/build_comments/ - Error occurs.
2. Hit Reload Page button - Error corrects itself.


Expected Results:  Layout should be correct both times.
