Steps to reproduce:

Firefox version: 45.0.1 64-bit
OS version: Windows 10

Checking the plugins page shows OpenH264 as having a status of "will be installed shortly".


Actual results:

Packet captures showed Firefox accessing https://aus5.mozilla.org/update/3/GMP/45.0.1/20160315153207/WINNT_x86-msvc-x86/en-US/release/Windows_NT%2010.0.0.0%20%28x64%29/default/default/update.xml
The result is an XML document containing the three lines:

<updates>
</updates>



Expected results:

The XML file should have contained information to download OpenH264.
OS: Unspecified → Windows 10
