This should fix-up the bulk of the failures we introduced while changing from app:// to chrome://.

Commit (kanikani): https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/commit/dede3239b8a2098af0ce28f771c29b7412ff0bcd
This should resolve many of the app:// vs chrome:// issues we were seeing in just starting up the tests. It looks like what we now have left are, for the most part, failures due to code updates and the likes and not specifically because Gij (JSMarionette and it's plugins) has issues with app:// going away and us moving to chrome:// scheme.
Leaving this open until I bump us to a newer Gaia on Pine.

Still a few things left here -- we still are seeing problems with getself and other app related management methods in marionette-apps. I'll try and clean those up as well but, they are fallout from changing the architecture and a lot of the tests I might just toss since they are no longer applicable. Stay tuned.

Going to call this done. Now we're failing primarily because switchToFrame doesn't work as expected. See bug 1270799 for more information on that.
