WFM, Build 2002021708, Win XP.
I can confirm this bug. Just yesterday I tried to submit a bugreport to bugzilla (and upload some attachments) using build 20020216 but Mozilla kept crashing. After installing build 20020214 I was finally able to submit my bugreport...
