We still have yet to accumulate sufficient data from the newly-fixed BLOCKED_ON_PLUGIN_MODULE_INIT_MS probe to determine if the Plugin Jank e10s release criterion is met.
With beta46ex2 (bug 1249845) we should be able to collect sufficient data.

This work is pending https://github.com/mozilla/telemetry-batch-view/pull/49 and then the derived dataset being generated. (As is the general rerun of the e10s_experiment notebook). :azhang is responsible for those efforts.
