User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:46.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/46.0 Build ID: 20160330161941 Steps to reproduce: User Agent Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:46.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/46.0 Build ID : 20160330161941 I reproduce this on Latest Beta and Latest Release in Windows 10, 64 Bit, and also tried with new profile! To reproduce this issue 1. Goto this website -https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Facebook 2. Then press Ctrl +arrow down and up keys 3. Then see it gone down at a time and come up at a time Actual results: When you press Ctrl +arrow down key like this link https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Facebook the scroll goes down fully and when press Ctrl +arrow up key then it come up fully. Expected results: The Ctrl + up arrow and down arrow keys should be work only one tab at a time otherwise user can not read anything

This is the expected behaviour: when you press Ctrl+down key, the scroll goes to bottom of the page (as if you press the End key); when you press Ctrl+up key, the scroll goes to top of the page (as if you press the Home key).
