Pocket icon missing
I don't know how I got into this state but the Pocket icon and popup menu are missing as shown in the attached screenshots.
Browser Console shows

That looks like a hover tip over the panel, can you clarify what is going on there?

Sorry. Didn't realize I captured the bookmark hover tip. Here's another screenshot showing what displays when I click on the Pocket icon. (Well, click where I know the Pocket icon to be even though it isn't shown.)
