On the above page, on the left side are some links.
Some of them are red some are in a very dark red.
I think the should be all red (#FF0000).
Mozilla 2002021108, IE6 and NC4.7 shows it all red.
2002021708 shows it with this 2 colors.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to the page
2. look at the color of the links

Actual Results: 
Some of the links are in a wrong color

Expected Results:  
all links should have the correct color
