Steps to reproduce:
Using Firefox 45.0.1
Use CSS transforms to modify the layout/position of elements and Css perspective on a parent of the element.

Actual results:
<select> dropdown lists are not placed under the element (it has the wrong offset/position)
Expected results:
It should have aligned to the <select> element container
