Steps to reproduce:

I wanted display my name, and I have to use IVS.  So I did as below in <title>: 

<title>榊&#xe0100;原寛 / Sakakibara Hiroshi</title>


Actual results:

When I changed window size, the original text was showed and small box appeared next to the text.  Please refer to the attached file.  


Expected results:

The text, #xe0100;, should be shown.  Wider window size shows correct text.
