Tested using:
Device: Samsung galaxy s6 edge (Android 5.1.1)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to the gmail app and open 3/4 links in Firefox
2. Enable "Open multiple links" from the prompt
3. Go to the gmail app and open another link in Firefox

Actual results:
- The link is opened in a new tab in Firefox
- No tab queue notification

Expected results:
- Tab saved in Nightly | Open Now " notification should be displayed

Note:
- after tab queue is enabled, the first external link opened in Firefox is opened normally and only the second one is put in tab queue
