1263315 - Partner repacks on mozilla-beta are reporting as '?'s in Treeherder

Some of those are the l10n repacks which should be fixed when Treeherder gets a prod push to pick up the patch in bug 1212177, but a bunch of '?'s will be left still because partner repacks need a similar patch.

The buildernames are of form:
 release-mozilla-beta-firefox-macosx64_partner_repacks
 release-mozilla-beta-firefox-linux64_partner_repacks
 release-mozilla-beta-firefox-linux64_partner_repacks

What symbol should these have?
Should they also be in a group? If so, which group?
And if a new group, what symbol should that have? :-)

I guess "Rp" (Or "PR", or something like that) would work for the symbol. 

I don't think they need a group, since there seems to be only one per platform.

Maybe we can rename the L10n repack group to just "Repack" and add the partner repacks into that group?

I think I'll leave them outside of a group for now, since the l10n jobs only have symbols like "N1" etc, so would need changing if the l10n part was removed from the group name.

If someone wants to be fussier with the names/groups, more power to them. I just don't like the question marks.
