Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox
2. Set up passcode
3. Restart the device
4. Open Firefox without 
5. Access the following options: 
- Turn on passcode
- Change passcode
- Logins
6. Observe that the following message is displayed: "Maximum attempts reached. Please try again later"

Actual results:
- The keyboard is not displayed as a result to the error message
- The user can only access logins via finger print Touch ID

Expected:
- The maximum attempts should not be reached after restarting the device
