126398 - Printed PS doesn't match Print preview (grey background) in headers)

As is shown in the preview and was printed in previous versions, there should be
printed grey backgrounds in the header fields. However, they are gone now. See
the attachment: only a grey rectangle is printed around the TO: field and a
light grey line left of the other headers.

Also: although the paper size was set to A4 and the paper margins are
big enough (0.5inch, default), the headers (file name of the e-mail, page number
and date/time) are printed too much at the edges of the paper, making them fall
off, partly.
You can see in the attachment PS file that these are printed too much at the edges.

I'm using the build that comes with Debian Woody (0.9.7-6) (I can't find a build
ID, other than Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.7) Gecko/20020203,
which is already detected from the user-agent).

Just noted that there is also a very strange underline under e-mail addresses.
Apart from being ugly (too thick!), it's way too long!

Bug fix 115772 removed the backgrounds from the headers when printing.  Also
note, using build 20020522 branch I don't see the strange thick underline on the
printed header.  Do you still see the underline problem?

fix checked in. Although we should still figure out why the print engine isn't
printing our back ground colors anymore.

I checked again with my current version 0.9.9 (Debian package version 0.9.9-6)
and now the underline is still a bit thick, but not disturbing. The length of
the underline is OK and all the background has disappeared. If the latter is
fixed, the bug is fixed. However, note that the font is now different too. I
may have changed some settings that caused that, though... I'm not sure. But
maybe the underline length is OK now because the font is of fixed width. Needs
more testing, I guess.

tbird trunk 2008-06-23-09Z linux, preview matches output (except output omits my imap url (which I guess the preview should as well)), output looks ok. the header background is a matter of taste I suppose, but mismatches in appearance and artifacts certainly appear to be gone.
