1264621 - Devtools: Middle click on filename should shortcut to open link in new tab

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open DevTools
2. Open Network panel
3. Middle mouse click on a line 


Actual results:

Same as if I would use left mouse click (the "line" becomes active in the right pane)


Expected results:

Open in new tab. There is already an entry in the context menu for this. But I would have expected that middle mouse click would do this.

This this is already implemented with the context menu, I guess it would not be much work to add this.

N.B. 
There are other places than the network panel where there is also a context menu "Open in New Tab", e.g. the Style Editor and Debugger have this at their left pane (Sources). The Console (Net) should also have this. 

BTW, middle mouse click on an <img/> in the Inspector already does open in new tab!

TL;DR: When there is a context menu to "Open [Link] in new tab" then middle mouse click should always shortcut to this.

Implemented for network request list only. If it is desired in other portions of devtools, I feel it is best to create a bug in that category for discussion.
