STR: 1. Open two tabs with different pages. 2. Cut (CMD+X) the URL from tab #1's address bar. 3. Switch to tab #2. 4. Switch back to tab #1. RESULT: Tab #1's address bar is still blank. In Chrome, Safari, Edge, and IE11 all restore tab #1's URL. RELATED STR: 1. Cut (CMD+X) the URL from the address bar. 3. Switch to a different application. 4. Switch back to Firefox. RESULT: The address bar is still blank. Edge and IE11 restore the address bar's URL. Like Firefox, Chrome and Safari fail to restore the URL.

No, this is not a regression. It's a long time frustration that I finally wrote down the STR and reported. :)
