[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox with a new profile.
2. Open Developer Toolbar from Hamburger Menu > Developer > Developer Toolbar (or by pressing Shift + F2)
3. Click the "Got It" button in order to close the informative pop-up window.
4. Inspect the area above the Developer Toolbar.

[Expected result]:
- The Developer Toolbar is successfully opened at the bottom of the window (step 2). 
- The informative pop-up is properly closed (step 3).

[Actual result]:
- After step 3, layout artifacts appear above the Developer Toolbar.

[Regression range]:
  This issue is a regression. I couldn`t make further bisecting, as the Mozregression tool wasn’t able to find any more builds.
